Vintage 1985 Seiko 7548-7010 Professional 200m Divers Watch Serviced Original

AU$799.00Price

This Seiko 7548 divers watch from November 1984 is in very good condition for its age. It is a rare transitional Seiko diver, only produced for the Japanese Market in very small numbers for about a year in 1984-5. The water resistance was increased to 200m by adding a screw down crystal ring like the later the Seiko Tunas. The watch features an English and Kanji day wheel.

The quickset day and date works perfectly. The bezel action is nice and crisp. The screw-down crown is silky smooth, and it keeps great time. It has just been fully serviced, including new Seiko Watch battery and all new seals. All original lume on hands and Dial. The watch does show normal signs of use and age but no abuse or bad knocks. All factory original parts, factory original finish on case (not re-polished).

A new premium NATO strap has been fitted with Fat Springbars. Also included is the original rubber strap in hard unwearable condition. A new Seiko Watch Battery has just been fitted and seals replaced, but the watch was not pressure tested so it is not currently guaranteed to be water-resistant.

We (Tempo Prima) are the sole Australian dealer for Uncle Seiko Products with a large range available on our website, if you would prefer a different strap please talk to us.

Please study the photos and video carefully as they show the condition of the watch in more detail.

Owning a Vintage Watch:

Vintage watches may not keep perfect time like a modern battery-powered watch. In addition, they do require service occasionally.

Since these pieces are vintage or pre-owned, please expect wear and patina from past usage and age.

If dropped, mishandled or otherwise abused, the movement or other parts of the watch can be damaged. Please handle with care.
