Vintage 1980 Seiko 7548-700B JDM “Pepsi” Quartz Diver Fully Serviced
Offered here is an exceptional Seiko 7548-700B Quartz Diver, manufactured in December 1980 for the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM). Finished with its iconic blue and red “Pepsi” bezel, this is one of Seiko’s most desirable vintage dive watches and a model that has become increasingly sought after by collectors.
This example remains in outstanding original condition and has clearly led a very easy life. The stainless steel case retains crisp edges, the original dial has never been refinished, and the vibrant bezel insert has retained its rich factory colours. The dial and hands remain fitted with their matching original factory lume, giving the watch the honest, untouched appearance that serious collectors look for.
The watch has just undergone a complete professional service in our workshop. The movement was fully dismantled, cleaned, inspected, lubricated and reassembled, with all seals replaced to ensure many more years of reliable operation.
Following servicing, the movement was tested and regulated using our Seiko QT-99 Quartz Tester, achieving an exceptional average rate of +0.00 seconds per day. A photograph of the QT-99 test results is included within the listing for complete transparency.
Completing the watch is a brand-new Uncle Straps Z199 stainless steel bracelet, supplied in unused condition and still sealed in its original protective plastic. Faithfully styled after Seiko’s classic bracelet designs, it perfectly complements the 7548 while providing exceptional comfort on the wrist.
