Vintage 1978 Seiko 7549-7000 Titanium 600M JDM Professional Dive Watch Serviced

This stunning factory original 1978 Seiko 7549-7000 “Golden Tuna” is a highly collectible Japanese Domestic Market (JDM)model, featuring a bilingual English/Kanji day wheel. Powered by Seiko’s legendary quartz movement, it has just been fully serviced and fitted with a new Seiko battery. Fully serviced this Watch has been adjusted and tested on a Seiko Quartz Tester to an accuracy of ±0.00 seconds per day.
 
Famed for its appearance on the wrist of James Bond (Roger Moore) in For Your Eyes Only (1981), this model features a full titanium case and iconic shroud design. The screw-down crown operates smoothly, and both the quickset day/date and hacking function perform exactly as they should.
 
This example is 100% original, with the original dial and seconds hand lume still intact. The case retains its original factory finish and has not been refinished or polished. It shows light signs of age and use, consistent with a well kept vintage diver, no heavy wear or damage.
 
It is fitted with a brand new Seiko flat vent dive strap and Seiko fat spring bars, along with an Uncle Gold buckle, which has been transferred to the new strap.
