Vintage 1974 Seiko 6105-8110 Serviced Willard Divers Watch Original
The 6105-8110 was the third dive Watch made by Seiko, a 150 metre model released by the company in 1970. The 6105-8110 most famously featured on the wrist of Martin Sheen in the movie Apocalypse Now 1978 and in recent years has been christened 'The Willard' after his character.
This particular example dates from June 1974 and has a truly gorgeous original dial with no black muck so often seen on this reference. The hands, while very slightly discoloured are also in amazing original condition. All original lume on both dial and hands.
This Watch has not been refinished or polished and has its original factory brushing visible.
Just serviced by us and keeping very good time, quick set date also working perfectly. New crystal Fitted (Original included) also fitted with new premium Uncle Seiko strap and fat spring-bars. New seals fitted during service, Watch has not been pressure tested so not currently waterproof.
We (Tempo Prima) are the sole Australian dealer for Uncle Seiko Products with a large range available on our website, if you would prefer a different strap please talk to us.
Please study the photos and video carefully as they show the condition of the watch in more detail.
Owning a Vintage Watch:
Mechanical watches do not keep perfect time like a battery-powered watch. In addition, they do require service occasionally.
Since these pieces are vintage or pre-owned, please expect wear and patina from past usage and age.
If dropped, mishandled or otherwise abused, the movement or other parts of the watch can be damaged. Please handle with care.
We hope you enjoy this item and wear it in good health for years to come!
