Vintage 1973 Seiko 6139-8040 Speed-Timer Green Sunburst Dial Serviced
We’re excited to offer this rare and eye catching 1973 Seiko 6139-8040 Speed-Timer, a standout from Seiko’s golden era of chronograph design. This reference features a stunning green sunburst dial, a rarely seen colourway that gives the watch incredible depth and presence on the wrist.
This example retains its original long stainless steel bracelt and case with factory finish, showing honest wear consistent with age but no signs of polishing, just how collectors like it.
Freshly serviced in July 2024 by TEMPO PRIMA, this watch has received a full mechanical overhaul and is now running smoothly. As part of the service, we’ve installed a genuine new old stock (NOS) Seiko Hardlex crystal, offering a clear view of that vibrant green dial.
