Vintage 1969 Citizen Chrono Master Serviced Chronometer 33 Jewels JDM Watch
Stunning, Serviced, original 1969 Citizen Chrono Master 36mm. The Chrono Master was Citizen’s high end, chronometer grade flagship introduced in 1967, produced in very small numbers to compete directly with Grand Seiko’s top offerings of the era. These models are instantly recognisable by the “Chrono Master” script at the top of the dial, the applied eagle emblem at 6 o’clock, and the matching fully intact gold eagle medallion on the case back.
We have just fully serviced this watch, and it is running extremely well, within a few seconds a day with excellent amplitude and stability. The day change, quick-set, and hacking functions all operate exactly as they should.
A brand-new, full-length Uncle Seiko stainless steel bracelet has been fitted, complementing the watch beautifully.
Important Note on Water Resistance:
At TEMPO PRIMA, we believe Vintage watches should not be worn in water, regardless of their original specifications. We do not pressure test Vintage watches, and therefore cannot guarantee water resistance. To preserve the longevity and integrity of these timepieces, we strongly recommend keeping them dry and avoiding any exposure to moisture.
A rare and exceptional example of Citizen’s finest mechanical craftsmanship from the golden age of Japanese watchmaking.
